I like it. It's a little too feminine, perhaps, but don't phoenixes represent rebirth? (A very feminine quality).
this is a second version already as the first was a bit weird. I needed to balance all the curves so it would look good. the first one was broken...and you could see it on the first sight.
I spent quite a lot of time on doing some of the curves so it would look as I want it to look. I'm not personally happy with some of them. it's just that feeling that annoys me. but now it looks balanced so it should be ok.
