Umezawa's Jitte Alter

I bought Umezawa no Jitte today along with Dark Confidant and Engineered Explosives. I like the dark more than the original blue and the greyish speckles were perturbing me for quite some time so I decided to make them red and add some..red to the text box.

Also I'm not good at doing dots. Why my 'dots' always seem so bad when other people can make some really nice round dots that look way more like a starfield??
